VATICAN CITY (Reuters) – Pope Francis told U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Friday that the world body must do more to help the poor and should encourage the “legitimate redistribution” of wealth.

Francis, who since his election last year has often called for significant changes to economic systems, made his comments in an address to Ban and heads of many U.N. agencies meeting in Rome.

THE GOOD FRUITS

Many may ask why do good ? Actually, when one do that there are many benefits accruing to the people who do good even without knowing it. Strangely, most human attitude is that if we do so and so , what do we expect to get in return for the effort. If all good deeds are motivated by such attitude, all perceived good works may be self defeating.

Where do we get our free air, water, and other natural resources from ? Our Creator is good. All our talents in many ways are also free given to us. The world consist of inhabitants of diverse talents and capabilities.

Nevertheless numerous discoveries have taken place in history are considered coincidental or even inspired by some Source. Not every one will be inspired, only those who can be privileged to handle those revelations will be given. So we really cannot question why certain things happen in certain patterns to certain groups.

The answer is that we are expected to continue this good works whether we want to do it or not for all the free things we receive in abundance. It is this good attitude that the blessings that we receive freely from the Almighty God are in turn extended to others so that these people are blessed accordingly.

The opportunities to do good in the true sense of that context are abundant. We really have to thank God that there are always poor, desperate people around so that we irrespective rich or poor can still do charity in various forms in different physical and spiritual levels.

Do we really want these situations to be perpetrated ? Do we want to be blinded by the abused systems for such a long period that we cannot do a better deal with God’s guidance ? What we have advanced in so many ways may be meaningless if the earthly situations continue in such aggravated scenarios ?

After all, who knows the earth is doomed self inflicted by Governments’ Rampant Excesses, Exploitation, and Destruction (GREED) actively participated indivisibly by all inhabitants in what we call the RAT race.

It is commonly known that to destroy anything is easily done and to build anything with lasting characteristics will take a long time indeed.

We have witnessed how a forest of thousands of years can be depleted by extraction within three decades of GREED. What would follow after that is anybody guess as the consequences are predictable, with the ultimate only in the hands of God.

The implementation of the New Wealth Order will certainly make a great difference and if we do it with an open hearts and sincere consensus, we can be assured of heaven on earth as what God has so clearly spelt out in Matthew 6.

If you look at the great religions of the world, a reformation comes around about 1500 years after its formation, when religions reach their adulthood, and followers want to think for themselves.

The present liberal challenge to Islam presents the same arguments that the liberal in pre-Reformation Christianity did: the interpretation of the Holy Book is left to the clergy and those learned in religious matters; the right to question is limited to those versed in its practice; church and state were one, with religion leaders on the ascendant.

When Martin Luther posted the 95 articles of complaint against the Pope, the blow was struck for Reformation.

One can also argue that until then the Church dominated affairs of state. The Crusades came at the insistence of Rome; Christopher Columbus and Vasco da Gama went on their voyages of discovery as part of the Church's attempt to find a way to defeat the forces of Islam.

The post-Reformation history of the Church included a fierce contest for dominance by religious and secular forces. MGG John, You are a special angel as the opportunities have arisen to talk about this item crucial in this time and age. Many walls have come down

Why ? To change the souls and lives of the people concerned. Who would like challenge the Koran ? Look at Salman Rushdie. Fish rushed to die ? Do we need to challenge any body or any book especially a holy book ?

For Christians, we know every thing is under the feet of Jesus Christ as God had declared. How come there are so many others ? As Christians, do we know what is in the Bible- a living book ? To me, the Bible is new everyday if only you mediate and pray by the Holy Spirit, who reveal only things needed for our needs as we can handle.

How can one criticise a book if any one does know that book ? Why do we need to criticise such a book ? Many critical books had been written by many professors or self-proclaimed scholars on the Bible which need a spiritual understanding through the Holy Spirit.

We apply our human understanding to read any book and what do we get ? God says “ His foolishness is wiser than Man’s wisdom”.

So what had been written only goes to show those writers or authors their human weakness. Forgive them but a repentance is need because they are challenging God.

Read Act 5 V39. So praise God, I am inspired to writing a small book which I search the Amazon and found nothing. The book is based on the teaching of the Bible and in particular on a few verses for the end of this age and the new millennium. Some old and some new. Indeed a new wine for new wine skin in the new millennium.

This book will change the world. Timed to the change in time. The recovered coins of Jesus in Jerusalem are relevant. Whilst co-ed and dormitories /residential schools (for a certain later years of child schooling life) are to be encouraged, inducing a good environment of self-control, self -help, and independence to work amongst others as in a real world at a young age, all children must learn to tap their neglected spiritual life to the Source of Life.

The Signers of our Declaration of Independence Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence? Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army, another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War. They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

What kind of men were they? Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated. But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.

Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson, Jr., noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart.

Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates.

Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution. These were not wild eyed, rabble-rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: "For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other,our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

They gave you and me a free and independent America. The history books never told you a lot of what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn't just fight the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted...we shouldn't.

So, take a couple of minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid..............

ACCEPTANCE & IMPLEMENTATION

Acts 5 V38 tells us Gamaliel said “And now I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone: for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; and in verse 39 “ But if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it - lest you even be found to fight against God.” The New Wealth Order has been broadly described elsewhere and must be accepted by all concerned so that the implementation can be done smoothly. Of course, such implementation would need the full impact of the capability of IT throughout the world. Sadly, not every country is ready with their IT capability. Some countries may even encounter the setback due to the Y2K bug. So every country may have to upgrade their computer facilities if found lacking. I leave the IT implementation technicalities to the technocrats. ??>>>> It is expected that such a system of wealth limit may even allocate a certain sum known as aid in individual account for those born be it poor or rich and progress yearly. Such fund can either come from the Global Reserve Funds or from the parents. With wealth limits, I am talking of wealth accumulated in fixed assets to be declared. Spending may not be registered if they are purely expenditures with no residue value in asset accumulation. The principle here is that spending of disposable incomes are a good thing to encourage growth and circulation of funds to spread the wealth around. The objective of this exercise is not to deter people to earn as much as they want but rather to deter excessive accumulation of wealth be it legally or illicit gains. The system would present itself as more accountable, transparent, and fairer yet maintaining privacy because code numbers are available for wealthy people to hide their identity .. from public knowledge. Even, today the richest men and women are known to the world. This system would serve to narrow the gaps of the rich and poor of the world perpetually because the accumulated Global Reserve Funds properly managed can be the vehicle to rehabilitate the wealth disparities. There is so much to do with the Global Reserve Fund that real improvement to individual soul without any hidden agenda can be achieved. We are fully of what present methods of relief or helps are always linked to a hidden agenda possibly known only to the donors. The new wealth order must practice a departure of the existing systems. Even to start with the poor can immediately start with a personal allocation of funds for urgent needs. Certainly, the world will become more productive as economies improve with added funds to those who are in need not to the respective Government leaders of those impoverished countries and abused by the irresponsible leaders. What good does it do if only some bank accounts especially in foreign secret accounts swell ? Such funds are not put to good use in the targeted needy economies. When the foreign powers work against such leaders, the untold damages are irrecognisable. What we hear then are heart broken stories. Possibly, when such funds were made available, there was a motive to secure the support of such receiving countries towards certain agendas initiated by the powerful countries who are also donors. For those well established and developed countries, there may be other restructuring so that with the new taxation systems, their welfare systems may have to reviewed accordingly. Of course all other countries would too need whatever adjustments so the globalization may be facilitated by a uniform tax relief or burden as the case may be. ...

ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT It is commonly believed that One World Government would be installed and in what form it is not actually known as countries today practise all different form of Government ranging from full democracies to partial democracies as adopted for some countries, socialist and liberal forms and communist administration. Even some countries are in anarchy or under military control. Some countries still practise the feudal and royal types of Governments. It is also believed that the United Nations currently the defacto world government have many short comings and have even been ineffective in dealing with problems. Some problems are resolved by arms conflicts as we witnessed of late. If we look at the objectives, there have been some departure although they have maintained some peacekeeping forces. It is observed that the UN had a special strained relation with the only super power of the world in a number of issues including outstanding contributions, share of contribution and the appropriate procedures of calling the shots in major crisis around the world. It is not known how such departure from the norm will affect the United Nations if it assumes the World Government whilst the world is really being controlled and influenced very much by the sole world power. The sole world power has really too much vested interests everywhere that have induced them to act in any ways as perceived as appropriate by that super power. Where would the rest of the world be in this kind of scenario ? The other perceived problem is that UN if it becomes the World Government by unanimous consensus globally, what kind of Government would that be ? Is it be run by the present set up or in an greatly improved format where other nations of the world are to be consulted in all issues ? Or would the UN rules unilaterally by dictating terms to all other concerned nations ? Would a different form of UN emerge ? There is a general lack of transparency and dissemination of quality information even with the existing UN. If these is no on world government how would globalization be implemented as the concept of border less not bother less needs to be appreciated by all inhabitants. The impression given for globalization is that it would improve the world but it appears far from it. The piecemeal changes are just cosmetic refinement and could break the world in the guise of improving it. Would there be direct elections from respective countries to allow only elected members to sit on the World Government Council ? Or would the present system of representations by appointment be perpetrated. It is expected that this World Government should be empowered to implement this proposed new wealth order although there may be a proposed New World Order which appears to be synonymous with Globalization. ...

UNITED NATIONS To assist readers to appreciate the present United Nations and its operation, I append below some basic information. After World War II of great destruction to millions of souls and properties, the international community recognised its responsibility to guarantee the civil liberties of the peoples of the world, and to work for peace and stability on a global scale. The United Nations Charter was drawn up by the Allied Powers in 1945.

The Charter lays out the four purposes and seven principles of the UN: (Larousse Desk Reference Encyclopedia)

Purposes 1. To preserve world peace and security.

2. To encourage nations to be just in their actions towards each other.

3. To help nations cooperate in solving their problems.

4. To serve as an agency through which nations can work towards these goals.

Principles 1. All members have equal rights.
2. All members must carry out their duties under the Charter.
3. All members agree to the principle of settling their disputes peacefully.
4. Members agree not to use force or the threat of force against other nations, except in self defence. 5. Members must agree to help the UN in every action it takes in seeking to fulfil the purposes of the Charter.
6. The UN agrees to act on the principle that non-members states have the same duties as member states to preserve world peace and security.
7. The UN accepts the principle of not interfering in the actions of a member nation within its own borders. Principal UN Institutions General Assembly The General Assembly is the UN parliament, and all member nations are represented, each having one vote. It meets once a year in New York in a session that begins on the third Tuesday in September and continues until the year’s end.

Decisions are made by a simple majority except for “important” questions”, which require a two-thirds majority. Security Council The Security Council has a membership of 15. There are five permanent members: china, France, Russia, the UK and the USA. The other ten members are elected for two-year terms by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly. In its function as a peacekeeping organ, the council may call on the armed forces, and other assistance, from member states. ... Economic and Social Council The Economic and Social Council monitors economics, social, cultural, educational and health matters in member states and work to guarantee human rights. It has 54 members, elected by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Assembly. Trusteeship Council The Trusteeship Council is responsible for overseeing the administration of the UN Trust Territories. Its members are China, France, Russia, the UK and USA. International Court of Justice The International Court of Justice is composed of independent judges, elected by the Security Council and the General Assembly to preside over cases of international law. The court’s headquarters are in The Hague, Netherlands. Secretariat The Secretariat manages the day-to-day running of the various organs of the UN. It consist of the Secretary-general, elected by a majority vote of the General Assembly, various undersecretaries and a large international staff. Other agencies

There are at least another 40 other agencies to look after all other global interests as the needs arise hopefully to resolve the problems faced by the whole world. ...

BENEFITS FROM THE NEW WEALTH ORDER We are too aware of the current scenarios before us. Mankind for one way or another are trying too hard to change the world for the better or the worst, no one is so sure. It is understandably clear that the systems we have are bias in many aspects. There are do good doers and many bad spoilers for whatever reasons nobody is so sure. So the process of liberalisation started since early this century especially the liberalisation of the women folks still falls short of expectations. There are many other liberalisation in the ongoing momentum especially in the international trade but all is not well because of this unbalanced world and worldly systems. With liberalisation come globalization which some quarters expect that world would be a better world. Better world for who ? Liberalisation and globalization can happen because of the IT capabilities which itself are controlled by some countries only. With a bit of imagination, globalization in what have been proposed and control by some quarters are not going to make the world a better place, let alone make it a perfect world. So I append below an article published in the favourite local newspaper for your appreciation. Will Globalization return the world to perfection ? What is this term known as "Globalization" ? With globalization, comes liberalisation. What is in store for the inhabitants of the earth ? No one is sure about what are going to unfold before us ? Mankind had undergone two world wars in this last century. Since the second World War, a body known as United Nations was born supposedly to serve the well being of the world. I believe with the birth of the United Nations, a defacto World Government of sort was created to manage whatever needs of the world with all the imperfections created by all the people of the worlds. Possibly, the UN has mooted the idea of Globalization as part of the reformed society with the objective of controlling this cumbersome world. Do we know enough about the prospects in a globalized world ? There is a speculation that the rich may not be only richer but only a very small group of people who already have the gigantic resources will become super rich whilst the rest may become "slaves." possibly to a hostile leadership. Who knows there may be noble objectives to be implemented for globalization to be enforced. At most times it is at the implementation levels that things go wrong and the affected parties would tend to blame the leadership. Even without globalization, in current situations, isn't it true that the rich and powerful always tend to dictate terms to the poor ? The system has been going on since time immemorial and very few people have been successful at reversing this trend. Sincerely, before any thing can have a turning point, it has to hit the bottom. Possibly globalization may receive such widespread resistance that the One up there will hear the prays of many in a growing tumultuous world. Globalization may have the same effect of a "cleansing agent" so that a new and better format may take place. Hopefully, ... the cleaners are themselves clean before they clean others. Ironical the human race had been through all sort of experiences in history (HIS STORY) and have real improvements taken place ? Has the levels of fears gone down ? Who knows there is a greater plan for the human race only after the process of globalization has taken place ? Lets me take you back to the early days. The Almighty God, the Creator of the Universe has created a perfect earth with all good things meant for our enjoyment. Over time, the Man has done so many things to our environment so much so we now have almost six billions inhabitants with so much good and bad things. Do we have a perfect world now ? How do you think we can make this world perfect again ? We will not make it as long as Man has acted as if he is God in many ways. What do we have for political systems ? Do you think all these diverse systems have served us well ? The human factor is the key element that have caused all the havoc in any systems and that is why Governments come and go irrespective of the systems adopted. Time was the only answer to these changes. So if globalization is to be an all embracing system of politics, economic, finance, social, culture, spiritual for the future world, the merits and demerits will still have to measure up to the human factor. I think a powerful tool against the possible onslaught is to work hard in every aspect and be self sufficient in as many essentials as possible in the physical realms. We are in a dilemma partly because too many of us also participate in schemes that wildly promised quick returns for little efforts. Though we may be "border less" not bother less, the land we have will still feed us if we labour on them. The current economic meltdown has shown us the way that we go back to the neglected land for our needs. Globalization timed with the exciting new millennium has not come to our shores by coincidence. It is just another phase of development in the changing world over the last five hundred years, full of much developments which could be good or bad for mankind. However, very few people complained about those developments because we just accepted them as blessings in the context of progress. So why should we complain about globalism or be very apprehensive about it. There is a common saying that invention is the mother of necessity. So is globalization a process to meet a need of the world at the right time ?

A lot of these developments were just trendy for the contemporaries. To list some of these useful inventions or developments so that we can re-evaluate these things in the present context. One of the best developments was the movable printing presses in 1455, a life changing invention that made much successive progress possible through the massive printed word for all sort of communications and knowledge throughout the world. Then we had the development of the reflecting telescope, gravity properties and light spectrum of colours etc. (1642-1727), electric light bulbs (1870), telephone (1876), airplane (1900), radio (1901), television (1925), transistors (1947) and all these enable the world to come to the Information Age with IT after a series of earlier industrial developments. Who would have known that within fifty years after the second World War with so much destruction then, that we are now on the threshold of another exciting development called globalization made possible by the availability of IT. Globalization may be liken to a storm or tidal waves in the horizon ? Who can . ... put a stop to it and possibly some thing can happen to divert it or downgrade its devastating effect ? Some people might have glorified science as the wrong platform for global progress. Science has brought much to society but also has its inherent weaknesses and disturbing byproducts or side effects. How inventions or discoveries come about may be accidents, coincidences, or God-incidences (God inspired for a purpose) ? Science has not provided answers to all the mysteries and problems and sometimes aggravated self-generated situations. Ironically, science has pointed towards the One Creator. Will globalization be a total science with a new single concept lead the way to a better world ? Let the major players ( possibly the same players today) adopt a caring and generous attitude as dominance a dirty outlook is best to be eradicated. Is globalization the panacea for the common global problems we face in the world today ? The world has not been without problems of all dimensions since the fall of Adam because of Sin according to the Bible. Since then the forces of good and evil have been taking place in greater density. With the imperfect world and the divisive situation of the rich and the poor nations, much has been done by the UN (itself faced with financial constraints) to try to bring relief to the desired targets. According to the records, tens of billions of US dollars have been given to the third world countries as aids by the rich countries in the North Western Hemisphere and Japan. These aids often with strings attached are open to debates whether these have helped the poor countries. Have these aids really reached the targeted groups or been abused by the Governments concerned ? Have those rich country’s contributions felt on "hard ground" that they have done a rethinking that another form of aids possibly through the concept of globalization so that the deserving individuals can benefit from it rather than the individual country for lack of accountability, transparency and liberalisation. How much a country may want to carry out reforms may end up as lips service, because of the human factor. The rich countries might have given out "fishes" for too long without the desired results and possibly it's their turn to bring in the bountiful harvest with the resources at their disposal. The rich countries knows how to bring in the harvest at the expense of the poor countries. So the poor countries, possibly poor in material things but not in other aspects of the created beings, must now prepare themselves how to avoid such things taking place. One of the ways to do so would be not to participate in systems which are open to attacks from any global position. Lets not the preoccupation with current meltdown deter us to look ahead with innovative solutions. The rest of the world may be helpless at such developments because the givers command strangely "superiority" over the receivers. Hopefully, the rich will once again share out their bountiful harvests with the rest of the much populated world which once only had a population of 1,625,000,000 in 1900; 2,500,000,000 in 1950; 5,246,000,000 in 1990 and estimated 6,100,000,000 in 2000. Hopefully, this sharing will lead to a meaningful existence or else anything could take place to our common habitat as mankind has no real control over the destiny of the race. What we may witness are not a destruction of wealth but a transfer of wealth. So we need some wisdom to enable that wealth lost may return to those who lost them not .. by physical conflicts as these will precipitate losses in wealth. Returning to the perfect world may mean utilising a new way to approach the problems we may face. Some may envisage the occurrence of Armageddon as a way out. However, knowledge of the truth will set us free. We are also reminded that the human wisdom is not greater than the foolishness of God. So globalization may be a wise move by some mortals out to control some other mortals but fear not and despair not, we may yet see the light at the end of the tunnel because globalization will fail if the world become more imperfect. So with the new wealth order, the world can look forward to some balanced sense of the human race as we are supposed to be born equal. So how come over the years, we find in our the great disparities of power possession, wealth concentration, technologies developments, basic human rights, and many disfigured realities in our midst. The Laws of God in Ten commandments have been neglected for too long and Love for our fellow inhabitants lost in this complex world. With the new wealth order, the weak and poor right from the start are given almost equal opportunities distributed through the system of the Global Reserve Fund (GRF) directly to the individual by means of the 666 numbering systems. The wealthy by natural means or otherwise may not become too wealthy and yet their service to mankind will be instantly recognised by their transfer to the GRF. Any leaders with a tendency to be corrupt would not get away with their ill gotten gains because bank accounts can only be opened with one number per person, so become an instant regulator rather than decades down the road of offences.

The tax havens can still be operated with a different objective and not to be part and parcel of corrupted activities. .

SPIRITUAL CHALLENGES - HEALING FOR THE DYING WORLD This book is not complete without further deliberations of the spiritual challenges before us Mankind. Such challenges are even greater before the political, social and spiritual leaders of today at the Cross road of the new Millennium. Whilst many may not believe that Jesus Christ will not return so soon to reign until the earth is ready to receive Him. In many hearts, He is the King of kings, Lord of Lords, and the Messiah for the lost world. The world is in awe of the possibilities of what to unfold before us without a time frame although many before us had made many prophecies as illustrated in the Holy Bible with varied interpretations and of late the well documented writings of Notradamus of the future of the earth. The challenges are really with us now at a time when a significant portion of the world are talking of 666 and its implementation and enhanced as by the highlighted Y2K bug a twin momentum of the physical world. Don’t let the top bar of the Brazilian goal mouth block the sure goal of Uruguay in the dying minutes of the first half of Final match in the Copa America, 1999.

My divine inspired interpretation is going to change all these misconceptions. So we have to continue to seek God’s direction in the implementation of this New Wealth Order. Take comfort from the saying that “simplicity is the best policy “ as complexities only breed further cobweb of complexities as human beings are known to behave in history. So we have seen how some governments have collapsed in their own self created environment. You sow what you reap is to be aptly accepted. So, brave leaders of the world take comfort in the spiritual guidance that is free from the divine Source that we come from. We have been too clever at times and falls will come before the self-made glory comes. We all share and live in the planet earth, which we don’t own although we believe we own some of these things on earth. Even, King Alexander the Great, a powerful and wealthy leader at that time had to demonstrate that he could not bring any away with his empty hands outside his coffin. So can we ? Our spiritual beings may reap all the goodness of life on earth as we are told we can invest in heaven that our treasure will not rot or stolen. Some will say they are comfortable with the present set up and why allow such a system to play its role. Maybe only five percent of the world population can possibly say that but what about the ninety five percent can be real spoilers to a perfect world getting smaller by the day with the latest developments of space technology and information technology (IT) and the environmental aspects. The human race has a common destiny. ... What are the real benefits that we will reap are likely the God is so pleased with this implementation that heaven has really come to earth and Jesus Christ is in real control over our lives be it in physical or spiritual context as His teaching comes alive, wherever we go in this small earth. So Jesus Christ has returned because God says His Words will not return to Him void in the new millennium. Have full assurance, and proceed with the implementation of this New Wealth order, simply the best. Praise God.

AN OVERVIEW IN THE NEW MILLENNIUM

We are on the threshold of the new millennium with a great deal of apprehension of diverse dimensions amongst the nations of the world with the bulk of the people not knowing what is in store for them in the near future.

I believe how many will know the full implementation of the process of a new world order known as globalization and how would this affect their lives and their livelihoods in the respective countries.

All the leaders of the nations one way or another have been made known of this process through numerous meetings and the gradual liberalisation so as to lead to uniformity of systems so that the world is expected to share the new world order by participating in the global affairs that will unfold over the next few years.

The concept of globalization will not stop there just by the high sounding word “Globalisation” as oneness in one sphere of worldly activities namely the much talked about global trading to benefit the world as a unit. There are other “oneness” activities that are also been talked about such as one world Government, one world religion.

Would we have one global policemen, one world currency, one banking system, one political system, one identification systems etc. All these are grandiose schemes enticing quite a lot of people around the world to be connected and to be part of such networkings.

Underlining all these development, there is a desire by some quarter to control the world in all sphere of activities. By exercising control, the bulk of the world will be subject to regulatory directions from some powers whether the subordinate countries mainly small and weak like it or not.

The consequences of such development can be predicted. In the present situation, we already have many defacto situations such the most used language English as the likely global language as the most popular written international language, although the most spoken language is Chinese.

The United States have already the inclination to be Policemen of the World in many difficult scenarios. The demand for a certain currency is also giving an indication as the currency of the world although the country is operating a debt system. With the collapse of many banking institutions in several major countries, some banks are getting bigger by mergers etc.

With the collapse of The Soviet Union and fall of the communism, democracies as we witness elsewhere are giving a pointer that one political system may be achievable in the next decade provided existing democracies can prove to the world of their real values to others. With the availability of IT every where running efficiently, all the billions of inhabitants of the world can be identified by a common series of numbering systems so that this system can bring real benefits to mankind.

We do not need to guess or estimate the number of inhabitants on earth. How prepared are the inhabitants of this world in current scenarios of great extremes to get on this globalised ship of the new world order we hear so often lately.

However, it appears that this concept was coined some fifty years ago when the United Nations was first mooted. So this ideas may be out of date as United Nations was installed at the end of great conflicts as in the Second World of great destructions when we witnessed for the first time the use of nuclear weapons on foreign soils. The untold misery linger on till today.

One of the noble objectives of the UN was to unite the world for the better tomorrow then formulated fifty years ago. That tomorrow has really arrived after fifty years. Without doubt, the United Nations have achieved some thing in world dimensions but certainly there are lots of yawning gaps in the world today that are far from satisfaction. The worst have actually unfolded in our living rooms in the Television boxes of the latest series of destruction in an area away from the comforts of the advanced countries. Negotiations by UN could not achieved the desired pattern of power play and bombings costing billions of dollars had to deployed to enforce compliance. Yet, the outcome have been far from satisfaction because the destruction be it right or wrong have left scars in many lives both in the action away from homes or the silent spectators at homes every where. What an ending to the twentieth century. Is this pattern of power play that has been set for the near future in the millennium ? Lets search our conscience. Do we want this kind of power plays to be carried over to the new millennium ? Can we avoid them ? Who would be the offensive or offended parties ? We really do not know , do we ? Do we really know, why such things have taken place as they had unfolded in modern history ? After the latest episodes of concluded bombings, do you sincerely believe we will have a peaceful time every where ? We really live in a complex world and many would not believe the activities and the causes of such things. What we know wars and bombings are costly no matter who wins. Who would spend such money ? Who would make such money ? Is it a coincidence that the Dow Jones has so quickly reached record highs so soon after the concluded bombings in the Balkans ? The depleted stock of ammunitions would need to be replenished so the business opportunities are enhanced. No body is for sure, that another war may break out somewhere so as to trigger the defacto Policemen to act again. Have the UN played it role well to keep the world in peace ? The UN has also gone into areas like poverty relief every where, health control, human rights regulation, refugees relief, environment watch etc. Have the UN been successful in these areas ? Lately, the UN has been urged to regulate the speculation in currency transactions worldwide which have unfortunately destroyed quite a few economies of developing countries. Despite fifty years of endless effort by UN and other powerful nations, the problems of the world cannot be eliminated and in fact some have become worst. The drugs scourge still threaten the increasing populace including those in the third world countries and the rich countries alike; corruption be it in the under developed, developing, and advanced countries are not getting lesser and on the contrary, we regularly hear of corruption involving leaders of all shades and lately in the last few decades of sums of not millions but billions. The health scenarios are no different despite new advancement in medical researches as new health threats in new diseases or viruses have surfaced begging for treatments or cures yet to be found. With the many new development of opportunities, the accompanying threat of problems have surfaced too like proper disposal of toxic byproducts of industries and the persistent exposure to harmful fallout of nuclear energy generation. Our basic food and water supplies are contaminated by all the exposure to greater industrialisation and pesticides as the world endeavour to produce the food at the right price in the right ... quantities to meet the growing population needs. Human attitudes to all the ways to earn enough money in the shortest time have also become spoilers in many processes to secure supplies. I may be making many generalisation here but many people may be taking their individual responsibilities seriously. In any mass production, a spoiler in a chain of the food production for example, may create a situation of uncertainty. The dioxin scare in Belgium have shaken the world food system. As we are at the advanced stage of globalization, I believe it will be failure unless some basic change in the systems is introduced to path the way for the proper implementation of the new world order. As we know, every thing in the worldly system is founded on the wealth system. Money is supposed to be every thing that we do, but for most people this has become a soul by itself. There is a famous saying that the Love of money is the root of all evil. Money is a necessity. Once it become a soul in money itself, you can imagine the bondage any one can be obsessed. So the pursuit is on and nothing can stop it unless someone drops dead. The world have been under a system of what people call it a “Rat Race” and how many casualties have fallen on the way of that wealth chase. Now, the rich are not only after the millions but the billions. So the fall on the Billions syndrome is certainly greater with greater injuries and hurts. The billions syndrome leads to blaming others whenever something gets wrong. In actual fact, the adverse impacts of the billion syndrome is self inflicted. Some may not be aware that in the process of pursuing the billion syndrome, others are being oppressed in some ways. Even in the United States it is no different as people do experience similar oppression as in an e-mail I received on Independence day - 4th July, 1999 as I have just commenced writing this book on the same day. “Happy Independence Day Wealthgram Readers! I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy 4th of July. We recognize and celebrate our national Independence today here in the USA. May this day also be a reminder to us of our quest for personal independence. The freedom and opportunity to choose the lives we want to live. Lives filled with abundance and freedom. Thank you for your readership and friendship.” Can we avoid such an attitude that “ what is mine is mine, and what is yours is also mine” when things get out of hand that many can only watch and wait in helplessness. Such a statement with such an arrogant attitude was actually made without knowing the actual impact when such dominating person made a public statement as “ so and so contracts from region A is mine, so and so contracts from region B is mine and so and so contracts from region C is also mine.” So other people may not have a chance in the whole country. Such attitude can be applied to the global scenario when certain people or companies become so powerful by virtue of their overwhelming control of resources and wealth so much so that that can easily outplay others to opportunities available. The earth have come a long ways for thousands of years and many have journeyed the same ways without knowing that we have come to this time that a new approach be implemented so that the Spirit of Man can be given a chance to be set free from chasing after wealth only to realise at old age that such accumulated wealth is left to others. Chasing after the wealth is not necessarily a bad thing but not many can do it in righteous means. Even, it is known or accepted that politics is dirty so much so that many try to avoid it as a negative assurance that one may be untouched in any unforeseen circumstances. So many decide to leave it to others politics which actual affect our daily life. Many would moan and be spectators forever. Every one has a role to play and many can become the light and salt of the world or we become meaningless in a journey to nowhere. ..

WHAT IS MAN ? This question has served as the inspiration to this book after pondering of what the future hold for the inhabitants in this time and age. The doomsday article in the Times originating from Japan about the likely scenario the world may face in the near future is nagging me. This kind of articles is not new as this doomsday or end times scenario has been there for thousands of year as the people in the Old Testament times faced it in the Great Floods of Noah times and in the New Testament times, the people asked Jesus Christ when the end would come. Since time memorial, we have gone through trying times whenever the end times scenarios were repeatedly brought up as history books have much records of these. Of late, there have been more intense talks of the doomsday or end times as we enter a new millennium. Shaking of the world as God told me has inspired me in this way that leads to this book of a new wealth order to bless all. So suddenly at midnight, on 4th July, 1999 this question “What is Man?”, just was prompted in my mind as I said it aloud. As I kneeled in pray in front of Jesus Christ, I was given the strange strings of answers to my strange question. The centre of the worldly affairs is partly in the hands of Man and Man can shape their destiny only if they know how with the divine help in the right context. It is known Man is a created being of God and yet Man cannot manage their own affairs in orderly manners that they had been created in the first place. Man are capable to do so many things by the characteristic that they are bestowed by the Almighty Creator. Yet Man are cornered in many ways so much so that they are incapable to deal a multitude of mounting problems. Many such problems are self inflicted despite repeated lessons every where. There may be many achievements unknowingly inspired by the Source. Do we give Him the credit for those blessedness ? How do we intend to that ? Is there an appropriate system voluntary and involuntary now to do that except in individual approaches ? Such approaches may just touch the surface. What is peculiar with Man is that we are gifted in all things and given free. Yet when we do anything or every thing, there is always a price and such prices are not easily met in most situations. Some however are more gifted that they command a better value whilst those less gifted are left to mediocre or even perish in ignorance in the world of Rat race. How would this free gift of varying degrees be allocated a scale of values that is in turn used to humiliate others less fortunate because in this world, every thing has a price tag. There are of course, the few who have given much sacrifice in different ways. Can we avoid the issue of those in gifted situations not also in a better position to accumulate wealth as a measure of success in what they do ? It is also known that many had accumulated wealth only to lose it again in subsequent generations with untold offenses that had cause others. Wealth may bring blessings and curses. Who want those curses ? Don’t you want those blessings ? The common saying that “what you sow is what you will reap” is relevant. .. Another common saying that the Love of money is the root of all evil is also relevant in today’s Man world. Such love may be so dominating that some will lose sight of the existence of fellow Mankind. The over emphasis in this Love can attach value to every thing one touches. There is also a common saying that nothing is free. But in the Internet, many items are free, surprisingly so . Why is this so ? Some scientists have given the theory that Man had evolved from the animal Kingdoms especially the ape family. I believe all creatures of God had some familiarities and that’s all. Even, the ants are communicating in ways as man are communicating. Animals are fed like Man. If Man does evolve from the ape family, how is it after all these years, there are still such ape family in the jungle every where. They should have become extinct long ago. Man is Man and a special creation because we are created in God’s image and we should return to God at least in the Spirit in the eternity . Furthermore, as I progressed with this book I was encouraged by some close events like the Love Singapore’s web site of 40 days Pray Fast started on 1st July, 1999 only known to me on 6th July, 1999, then the e-mail address of President Clinton in a Lamb campaign by the Australian farmers as printed in Daily Express on 10th July, 1999 , the Coin of Jesus in Israel published on 11th July, 1999 and the e-mail of UK No. 10 web site as reminded on 16th July, 1999. ...

REVENUE AND TAXATION SYSTEMS We know in the world systems, every country or nation need finance to manage their affairs so that the country or nation can progress by the provision of public facilities as part of the national development in line with global development. How would this revenue be derived ? Since time immemorial, the Government of each nation or system would either be involved directly in revenue generating activities or collect from the people who live within certain boundary from the income of such active people. There are basically two types of revenues direct and indirect. Some call such direct revenue as personal income taxes from individual activity based incomes from either individual person or company. For the indirect, it is commonly known as goods and services that we as individual require or consumed at taxed at source or as they come into the country. Such major revenue is in the form of Customs Duties levied at the ports either for incoming or outgoing commodities. Many developed countries have extended such indirect taxes as Value Added Taxes where the taxes are collected at the consumption points by the business organisations and paid over to the Government regularly. It is not easy to collect such taxes as every Government has the experience of always using the laws to the full because most systems are imperfect. There is always the reports of tax avoidance and tax evasions be it direct or indirect. For every revenue law that the Government may introduce, the consuming public has always attempted to explore the various possibilities to find ways to pay as low as possible. So penalties are regularly imposed for violators through failures deliberate and / or ignorant. So the costs of collecting such revenue and taxes may be costs inhibiting because some tax avoidance or evasions that have got out of the net are normally the big ones. Can we blame the attitudes of Man for part of this system ? Do you think Man like to pay the taxes if they can avoid it ? This question is not new. This question was raised in the Biblical time especially at Caesar’s time. If you think that Man like to pay taxes voluntarily, then why we today hear of so many tax havens consisting little nations or countries whose other economic activities would not be adequate to bring in the revenue for survival. So Man has devised such tax havens so that global money invested there will be expected to provide the businesses for such small countries ? Are these havens spelt slightly different from heaven, really capable to give those type of comfort as we are given to understand of the Heaven where treasures will never rot ? Do you think such tax havens really give the depositors the type of assurances that all is well ? We have heard of such tax havens with secret numbered accounts and nominees accounts can encounter accountability problems because of the imperfection inbuilt in the systems. What would happen if such wealthy users for some reasons do not disclose such account particulars to other people and leave this world prematurely ? We have read accounts of the wealth of certain community in the second World War locked up in such countries for over fifty years ? This is the real world as everything that is perceived as good for some may also have parallel disadvantages for themselves. Such experiences may arise for those users ... themselves only at the much later time frame. Don’t you think that this system has self inflicted setbacks ? Such tax havens do have a very sizeable portions of world wealth stashed away there and largely remain dormant and could really serve real purpose for the benefit of Mankind. Public opinions have over time raise some justifying questioning that some such countries have decided to be transparent in cases when the public interest demand them to be so. Such tax havens have justified their existence as part of the tax planning in globalized business competitions where the taxation of every country range from near zeros to something like over 50 percent. So with the tax havens, money can move in and out quickly without the need to worry about the taxation elements. Legitimate it may sound, there are bound to be some who are less transparent as that. Because of these tax havens implications, more and more nations are also offering all sort of tax packages coupled with incentives to induce others to invest in their respective countries. Also taxes have apparently being raised so high in some countries that the rich had to find “shelter” in tax havens. Is this development in the applied taxation appropriate ? Our taxation systems created over times have apparently become counter productive for their complexities and their excessive rates in some countries. Simplicity is the best policy.>> jk1 Elsewhere in the Words of God, we are regularly told that we have to worship God, the only God and there is none other. As tithing is a paramount way of worshipping God in giving back what we are blessed by our free gift from God, how can we reconcile with the fact that we pay to another authority if there is such an authority on earth any amount in excess of ten percent. Of course, everything we receive is an entrustment of stewardship for us as people of God to manage as best as to bless the Kingdom of God on earth. So in this concept, if we pay ten percent in today’s term to the Church as the best representative in the Spiritual context, and the rest should be expended to bless God in other ways of living. It really means we cannot squandered the rest of the income in things that are abhorrent to God. ... We are told that the worldly Governments are authorities established by the consent of God to manage the public affairs of Man. So such authorities are entitled to revenue so that they too can perform their public interest in the best possible ways to glorify God. So it does not mean that such authorities can be obsessed with things that will be abominable to things of God. So it is godly example that we should not be expected to pay more than ten percent to any earthly authorities and certainly an added blessing of faith to give another ten percent to the spiritual representative such as a church for those who practise it. We may have to recognise that our secular practice thus far have so far violated Godly worship as giving is a divine practice. We have not really practised the storing of wealth in the place where our hearts should be in heavenly abode. Furthermore, if we practise a uniform taxation structure globally, in a globalized system, all the tax havens we are familiar with so far will have no useful purpose and also people of means will not move from place to place to seek for better pasture as in tax havens. In a border less world, taxation in discriminating scales can influence attitude towards various earthly authorities. Lets return to the principle that simplicity is the best policy so that with a low and fair rate, people are so willing to give their share even after much effort in securing income without any grudge and in actual practice, it has worked in practical terms in collecting more taxes at lower costs as complexities are done away with and legal methods normally resorted to are reduced to the minimal. So, in the process people and the relevant authorities are blest with divine compliance.

NEW WEALTH ORDER PRELIMINARY INTRODUCTION

This is a God’s inspired book together with the title only on minutes in the midnight of 4th July, 1999 (Sunday) on my knees before the Lord Jesus after asking the question “What is Man ?”. Then, I could not sleep for two hours as fascinating revelations just flooded my mind naturally.

Despite a tight work schedule, I managed to push the writing of the book into the computer as and when I was inspired with new facts on spare time basis. The book in draft was finally completed on 27th July, 1999. In between 4th July, 1999 till completion, I continued to receive both spiritual inspirations and physical encouragement on topics new to me.

Corrections of thoughts were on-goings. The book is based on the principle of “ simplicity is the best policy “ and this certainly sounds right because it is going to touch 6 billions people. The age of complexities must end. A new wine in a new wine skin in the new millennium must take place to start a new broad life across the world to resolve the brokenness in the ages past.

As every thing in life is centred around wealth and money be it plenty or lack of it, oppression occurs in situations of all dimensions. So the wealth issue must be addressed firstly by the taxation method, then by the control over accumulation of wealth of individuals and allocation of monetary aids to the less fortunate individuals rather than through the respective Governments so that the real things can happen to transform individual physical life.

The changes must start at the bottom to move upwards for economic synergy so that they cannot blame corrupted Governments. The basic problems in all society across the world have been identified and with globalization in place soon with the IT capabilities, the implementation of these new basic simple changes can be done relatively easy to bring direct benefits to individual in  Not greater than 10% in personal income tax globally (based on Melchezedek).

 The appropriate application of 666 so every one in the world would have only one identity number to allow a mechanism of regulating wealth, registering population growth and developing appropriate global planning. We are all carrying identity cards of some sort. The interpretation of 666 is new in this time and age in the NWO. 

The setting of Global Reserve Fund (GRF) to be managed by a broad based global body with general consensus for fair and equitable distributions. GRF can be used for global common challenges in rehabilitating the damaged earth

. We need fast decision to accept this New Wealth Order so that the good fruits can come fast. Leaders of the world be open to this. It will make a great difference.
